Switzerland: Inflation softens in November
Consumer prices fell 0.3% over the prior month in November, swinging from the 0.2% increase recorded in October. The decline came on the back of lower prices for recreation and culture; clothing and footwear; and food and beverages, but was partially offset by higher prices for household goods and maintenance, and communications.
Inflation eased to 0.9% in November from 1.1% in October. Meanwhile, annual average inflation ticked up to 1.0% in November from 0.9% in October.
