Coffee prices averaged USD 186 cents per pound in March, down 0.4% from February. On 29 March, the commodity traded at USD 190 cents per pound, up 1.5% from 29 February.
Arabica coffee prices averaged marginally lower in March due to a weaker Brazilian real and recovering global inventories. Nevertheless, prices trended up during the month as unfavorable weather in Brazil sparked supply concerns.
