Poland: Business sentiment weakens in September
Business confidence fell to minus 18.8 in September from August’s minus 15.2, marking the worst reading since November 2020. As a result, the index moved further below the 0-threshold, indicating more pronounced pessimism among businesses.
Businesses’ expectations turned more negative over future production, orderbooks, employment and the future general economic situation. That said, firms turned less downbeat regarding the current financial situation, orderbooks and production.
