Slovenia: Industrial output growth slows in June
Industrial production grew 18.9% year-on-year in June (May: +22.1% yoy). The result was largely due to weaker manufacturing output growth. In addition, electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply production contracted.
On a seasonally-adjusted monthly basis, industrial production rebounded, rising 1.6% in June (May: -0.5% mom), the best result since January. Meanwhile, annual average industrial production growth rose to 6.2% in June (May: +3.7%). This signals an improving trend in the industrial sector.
