China: Growth in house prices decelerates further in November
House prices in 70 large- and medium-sized cities increased 0.1% in November in month-on-month terms according to a weighted average index calculated by Refinitiv from data issued by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The print was below the 0.2% rise in October and the weakest result in eight months.
House prices increased 4.0% annually in November, below the 4.3% rise in October. Annual average growth in house prices fell from 5.4% in October to 5.1% in November.
