Belarus: Industrial production recovers in November
Industrial production rose 1.7% on an annual basis in November, rebounding from the 0.3% slip logged in October. The upturn was driven by a healthy rise in manufacturing output and a strong expansion of the water supply sector. A contraction in both the mining and quarrying, and the utilities supply sectors, however, weighed on the headline figure.
Lastly, annual average growth in industrial production ticked down to 0.8% in November from 0.9% in October.
