Denmark: Business sentiment unchanged in July
Business sentiment came in at minus 9.0 in July, matching June’s reading. July’s result was the joint-weakest reading since September 2020. As a result, the index remained entrenched below the 0-point threshold, indicating sustained pessimism among businesses.
July’s result reflected businesses’ starker pessimistic views regarding production expectations and less pessimistic views with regard to order backlogs.
