Inflation came in at 2.6% in October, up from September’s 2.3%. The result was primarily due to slower growth in prices for clothing and footwear. In addition, price pressures for housing, water, electricity and household fuels moderated. Moreover, prices for recreation and entertainment grew at a more subdued pace.
