Belarus: Industrial output grows at fastest pace since December 2019 in October
Industrial output rose 4.2% compared to the same month of the previous year in October, which followed September’s 1.4% increase. October’s reading marked the strongest expansion since December 2019. In cumulative terms, in the year to October industrial production was down 1.2% on lower mining and energy output.
Meanwhile, the trend improved, with the annual average variation of industrial production coming in at minus 0.5%, up from September’s minus 0.9%.
