Coffee Price Outlook

Coffee prices have increased over the last month as an expected cold snap in Brazil—the world’s key producer—led to concerns over damage to its coffee crop. On 5 July, Arabica coffee traded at USD 112 cents per pound, which was up 10.9% from the same day last month. The price was 10.3% higher on a year-to-date basis and was up 3.9% from the same day last year.
