Greece: Economic sentiment increases in June
Latest reading: Economic sentiment increased to 108.3 in June, following May’s 107.7. The latest reading was the highest since August 2025 and above the long-term average of 100, pointing to a positive near-term outlook for the economy.
In June, sentiment improved in the services sector (+39.5 vs +23.8 in May). However, sentiment darkened in the industrial sector (+4.5 vs +7.9 in May), the construction sector (+24.6 vs +34.6 in May), the retail sector (+7.1 vs +10.9 in May) and among consumers (-52.8 vs -52.2 in May).
