Finland: Merchandise trade returns to a surplus in June
Latest reading: In June, the trade balance was EUR +1.4 billion, following a EUR -0.9 billion figure in the previous month. Over the last 12 months, the trade balance summed to EUR -2.3 billion.
Merchandise exports increased 31.1% in seasonally adjusted month-on-month terms in June, coming on the back of a 4.9% decline in the prior month. Merchandise imports fell 3.9% in seasonally adjusted month-on-month terms in June, following a 2.5% rise in the prior month.
