Czech Republic: Economic sentiment falls again in June
The economic sentiment indicator, published by the Czech Statistical Office (CSO), fell to 90.3 in June from 94.1 in May.
The business confidence index declined to 91.0 from May’s 95.2. The result came on the back of weaker sentiment in the industry, services and trade sectors.
Additionally, consumer sentiment decreased in June, with the index falling to 86.8 from 88.5 in May. The decrease reflected households’ growing concerns over the economic situation.
