Slovenia: Industrial output declines in November
Industrial output declined 0.8% in year-on-year terms in November, which was a deterioration from October’s flat reading. November’s downturn largely reflected a sharper fall in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply production. However, manufacturing output fell at a softer rate.
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial production rose 3.7% in November, returning to growth from October’s flat result. Meanwhile, the trend improved modestly, with the annual average variation of industrial production coming in at minus 4.9%, up from October’s minus 5.0%.
