Slovakia: Industrial production rebounds in June
Latest reading: Industrial production rose 2.0% in annual terms in June, following a 2.0% fall in the prior month.
Relative to the previous month’s figures, readings in June improved for manufacturing (+2.4% on a year-on-year basis vs -1.8% in May), mining and quarrying (+13.3% vs -4.9% in May) and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (-2.5% vs -3.6% in May).
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial production declined by 0.7% in June, following a flat reading in May.
