Greece: Industrial output rebounds in January
Industrial output expanded 0.5% year on year in working-day adjusted terms in January, which contrasted December’s 1.4% decrease. January’s rebound came on the back of an improvement in manufacturing and water supply production.
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial production fell 1.3% in January (December: +0.1% mom). Meanwhile, the trend improved modestly, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at 2.4% in January, up from December’s 2.3%.
