Finland: Monthly economic activity records quickest growth since December 2021 in January
Economic activity rose 0.8% in month-on-month seasonally adjusted terms in January, which followed December’s 0.5% increase. The print marked the best reading since December 2021.
On an annual basis, economic activity grew 1.4% in January, which was better than December’s 0.4% expansion. Meanwhile, the trend pointed down, with the annual average growth of economic activity coming in at 2.3% in January, down from December’s 2.5%.
