Denmark: Inflation stable in November
Consumer prices fell 0.3% over the prior month in November, contrasting the 0.3% increase logged in October. According to Statistics Denmark, the fall was primarily due to lower prices for transport as a result of the drop in oil prices during the month, while holiday packages also experienced lower prices.
Inflation remained steady at October’s 0.8% in November. The main contributor to inflation in November was higher costs for rent, fuel, and electricity. Meanwhile annual average inflation ticked down to 0.8% in November from 0.9% in October.
