Denmark: Business sentiment rises but remains deeply pessimistic in November
Business sentiment rose to minus 14.0 in November from October’s minus 15.0. Consequently, the index moved closer to, but remained well below, the 0-point threshold, pointing to marginally less stark pessimism among Danish businesses.
Looking at the details of the release, Novembers mild improvement came on the back of firms views with regard to production becoming less pessimistic. Moreover, firms assessment regarding stocks of finished goods was more optimistic in November.
