Czech Republic: Economic sentiment improves in July
Latest reading: Economic sentiment went up to 102.6 in July, following June’s 101.4. The latest reading was above the long-term average of 100, pointing to a positive near-term outlook for the economy and the highest since October 2025.
In July, sentiment improved in the industrial sector (-1.1 vs -4.2 in June), the construction sector (-4.6 vs -6.3 in June), the services sector (+33.2 vs +33.1 in June) and the retail sector (+16.2 vs +15.3 in June). However, sentiment worsened in among consumers (-4.5 vs -4.3 in June).
