Cyprus: Industrial output records slowest growth since November 2021 in June
Industrial production expanded 2.0% year on year in June (May: +5.6% yoy). June’s result marked the worst reading since November 2021. The figure was largely due to a deterioration in manufacturing output growth. In contrast, electricity production rebounded.
Meanwhile, annual average industrial production growth fell to 4.0% in June (May: +4.5%), signaling a worsening trend in the industrial sector.
