Cyprus: Industrial output bounces back in September
Industrial output grew 1.1% year on year in September (August: -1.9% yoy). Looking at the details of the release, electricity supply output contracted at a softer pace, while water supply production increased. That said, manufacturing production grew at a slower clip in September.
Meanwhile, the trend pointed down, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at an over one-year low of 2.4% in September, down from August’s 2.5% reading.
