Croatia: Industrial output grows at quickest pace in almost one-and-a-half years in October
Industrial output grew 2.8% year-on-year in working-day adjusted terms in October, contrasting September’s 1.1% decrease and marking the best result since July 2019. October´s rebound was chiefly driven by a bounce-back in manufacturing production. Meanwhile, mining and quarrying output contracted at a softer pace than in September.
Lastly, the trend improved modestly, with the annual average variation of industrial production coming in at minus 3.5% in October, up from September’s minus 3.7%.
