Bulgaria: Industrial production falls in April
Latest reading: Industrial production was down 4.4% on a year-on-year basis in April, following 6.1% growth in the prior month.
Relative to the prior month’s data, readings in April softened for manufacturing (-0.3% in annual terms vs +5.2% in March) and mining (-34.0% vs -25.8% in March).
In seasonally adjusted month-on-month terms, industrial production was down 4.6% in April, following a 5.2% rise in the previous month.
