Bulgaria: Industrial output growth slows in July
Industrial output increased 15.7% year on year in July (June: +17.7% yoy). The reading was largely due to a deterioration in manufacturing production growth. In contrast, electricity gas, steam and air conditioning supply and mining production gained steam.
On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, industrial production rose 0.9% in July (June: -0.7% mom). Meanwhile, the trend improved sizably, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at 15.0%, up from June’s 14.3%.
