Belarus: Inflation falls to Central Bank’s target in November
Consumer prices rose 0.2% over the previous month in November, following October’s 0.5% increase. The print reflected higher food prices and services costs more than offsetting a fall in prices for non-food goods.
Inflation dipped from 5.3% in October to a one-year low of 5.0% in November, thus landing at the Central Bank’s 5.0% target. Meanwhile, annual average inflation held steady at 5.7%.
