Thailand: Inflation declines to lowest level since April in November
Inflation came in at 5.5% in November, down from Octobers 6.0%. November’s reading was mainly due to lower price pressures for food and marked the lowest inflation rate since April.
Annual average inflation rose to 5.8% in November (October: 5.5%). Meanwhile, core inflation was steady at Octobers 3.2% in November.
Finally, consumer prices dropped 0.13% in November over the previous month, swinging from October’s 0.33% increase. October’s result was the first decrease in prices since July.
