Spain: Housing permits increase in November
The Spanish Board of Architects approved 10,336 new construction permits in November, according to data published by the Ministry of Public Works. The figure was above the 9,014 permits granted in November 2020 and the 10,037 permits granted in October 2021. On an annual basis, permits increased 14.7%, following October’s 43.1% rise.
Meanwhile, the moving three-month sum of permits totaled 31,890 in November, which represented a 30.1 jump from the same period of 2020 and followed the 33.5% increase recorded in October.
