Panama: Inflation returns in March
Consumer prices increased 0.43% over the previous month in March, slowing down from February’s 0.58% increase. March’s uptick came on higher prices for transportation.
Inflation came in at 0.3% in March, swinging from February’s 0.6% drop in prices. Meanwhile, the trend was unchanged, with the annual average variation of consumer prices coming in at February’s minus 1.7% in March.
