India: Industrial production decelerates in July
Latest reading: Industrial production rose 6.7% in annual terms in July, following a 8.8% increase in the prior month.
Relative to the prior month’s figures, readings in July worsened for manufacturing (+7.3% in annual terms vs +9.5% in June), mining (-0.9% vs +1.6% in June) and electricity (+9.3% vs +11.4% in June).
