Greece: Unemployment rate falls in December
December’s data pointed to an improvement in labor market conditions. The number of employed people increased by 97,732 compared with November, while the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell to 9.2% from November’s 9.4%.
Meanwhile, the number of unemployed decreased by 746 relative to November. Moreover, the number of individuals outside the labor force declined by 99,249 compared to November, representing a 3.1% drop.
