Ghana: Inflation climbs to three-month high in December
Consumer prices rose a seasonally-adjusted 0.93% from the previous month in December, accelerating from the 0.29% increase logged in November. December’s result primarily reflected faster price growth for food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Inflation jumped from 9.8% in November to 10.4% in December, marking a three-month high. Meanwhile, annual average inflation came in at 9.9% in December (November: 9.7%).
