Denmark: Business sentiment improves slightly in March
Business sentiment picked up in March as it reached the 0-point threshold, which indicates neutral sentiment among businesses. March’s reading was up from February’s minus 2.0 and marked a three-month high.
March’s uptick was due to firms’ more upbeat views with regard to production expectations. Additionally, firms’ views regarding order backlogs became less pessimistic. Less positively, views on finished goods stocks were less optimistic.
