Colombia: Economic activity slows in April
Latest reading: Economic activity was up 3.3% on a year-on-year basis in April, following a 3.9% increase in the prior month.
Relative to the previous month’s figures, readings in April softened for agriculture (-2.4% in annual terms vs +1.7% in March), industrial (+1.8% vs +3.0% in March) and services (+4.6% vs +5.3% in March).
In seasonally adjusted month-on-month terms, economic activity rose 0.3% in April, following 1.1% growth in the previous month.
