Argentina: Industrial output growth moderates in March
Industrial production increased 3.6% year-on-year in March (February: +8.7% yoy). Looking at the details of the release, the reading largely reflected increasing output in the manufacture of textiles, automotive and wood products.
On a calendar-adjusted monthly basis, factory output fell 1.9% in March (February: +5.0% mom). Meanwhile, annual average industrial production growth eased to 13.4% in March (February: +15.9%).
