Netherlands: Business confidence reaches all-time high in November
Confidence among Dutch producers rose to an all-time high of 12.7 in November, up from October’s 12.3. As such, the index moved further north of the neutral zero-threshold that separates optimism from pessimism among businesses.
Confidence was buoyed by greater optimism regarding order books, which hit a record-high, and more upbeat views on stocks of finished goods. On the other hand, optimism regarding business expectations in the next three months cooled somewhat.
