Ireland: Harmonized inflation decreases in November
Harmonized inflation came in at 9.0% in November, down from Octobers 9.4%. The result was driven by moderating price pressures for transportation and housing and utilities.
The trend pointed up, with annual average harmonized inflation coming in at 7.9% in November (October: 7.6%). Meanwhile, consumer price inflation fell to 8.9% in November, from Octobers 9.2%.
Lastly, harmonized consumer prices increased 0.17% in November over the previous month, following the 1.50% rise seen in October.
