Croatia Inflation November 2019

Croatia: Inflation rises slightly in November

December 16, 2019

Consumer prices fell 0.2% over the prior month in November, following October’s 0.4% increase. November’s decline was largely driven by falling prices for food and non-alcoholic beverages; transport; housing and utilities; and health.

Inflation edged up to 0.7% in November from 0.6% in October, while annual average inflation also clocked in at 0.7%, down from 0.8% in the previous month.

FocusEconomics Consensus Forecast panelists expect inflation to average 1.4% in 2020, which is unchanged from last month’s forecast. In 2021, the panel expects inflation to average 1.7%.
