Bulgaria: Industrial output accelerates in June
In seasonally-adjusted terms, industrial output grew 1.0% on a monthly basis in June (May: -2.6% month-on-month s.a.).
On an annual basis, industrial output in working day-adjusted terms accelerated to 3.6% in June, coming in above May’s 0.5% expansion. June’s reading reflected strong gains in mining and manufacturing output, which were partly offset by a decline in the utilities supply.
Meanwhile, annual average growth in industrial output ticked down to 2.0% from 2.1% a month earlier.
