
Wool Price Outlook
Wool prices moderated in recent weeks, as the global demand outlook deteriorated. The Russia-Ukraine war and Covid-19 lockdowns in China bruised buyers’ sentiment. In April, wool prices averaged AUD 1,370 cents per kilogram, which was 2.2% lower than March's price and was up 4.8% from the same month last year.
