Dominican Republic: Inflation comes in at highest level since May 2021 in April

Consumer prices increased 0.96% from the previous month in April, picking up from March’s 0.67% rise. Looking at the details of the release, recreation and culture prices rose rebounded in April after dropping in the previous month and , while price pressures for transport easedfood and non-alcoholic beverages picked up.
