Croatia: Inflation closes 2019 at over one-year high
Consumer prices dipped 0.1% over the prior month in December, following November’s 0.2% drop. December’s decline was largely driven by falling prices for clothing and footwear—due to seasonal discounts—, communication and health.
Inflation jumped to an over one-year high of 1.4% in December from 0.7% in November, while annual average inflation clocked in at 0.8%, up from 0.7% in the previous month.
