Ukraine: Industrial output fall at a softer rate in May
Industrial production fell 12.2% over the same month last year in May, after a 16.2% drop in April, which had marked the worst result since May 2015. Softer contractions in manufacturing; mining and quarrying; and utilities supply sectors were largely behind the result.
Meanwhile, the annual average variation in industrial production came in at minus 4.5%, down from minus 3.2% in April.
