UAE: Dubai inflation comes in at highest level since February in July
Latest reading: Inflation in Dubai increased to 2.9% in July from June’s 2.4%. July’s figure marked the highest inflation rate since February, and was largely driven by a smaller drop in transport costs.
Annual average inflation remained at June’s 2.8% in July.
Finally, consumer prices in Dubai increased 0.42% in July over the previous month, accelerating from the 0.28% rise seen in June. July’s uptick was the highest reading since February.
