Latest reading: Inflation dropped to 1.4% in June from May’s 1.5% due to lower food price pressures. June’s reading represented the weakest inflation rate since March 2021.
Annual average inflation fell to 2.0% in June (May: 2.1%).
Lastly, consumer prices increased 0.14% from the previous month in June, swinging from May’s 0.27% fall.
