Sweden: Economic sentiment improves in October
Latest reading:    Economic sentiment went up to 98.7 in October, following September’s 97.1. Still, the index remained below the long-term average of 100, pointing to a muted near-term outlook for the economy.
In October, sentiment brightened in the construction sector (-11.7 vs -16.8 in September), the services sector (+20.2 vs +17.3 in September), the retail sector (+28.6 vs +18.6 in September) and among consumers (-3.6 vs -4.8 in September). In contrast, sentiment worsened in the industrial sector (-3.4 vs -3.1 in September).
