Greece: Economic sentiment increases in October
Latest reading: Economic sentiment rose to 107.5 in October, following September’s 106.2 and thus remaining above the long-term average of 100.
In October, sentiment improved in the industrial sector (+3.5 vs +2.9 in September), the services sector (+34.6 vs +30.0 in September) and the retail sector (+5.3 vs +0.4 in September). On the flipside, sentiment worsened in the construction sector (+9.9 vs +14.0 in September) and among consumers (-47.6 vs -45.6 in September).
