Estonia: Industrial production recovers in September
Latest reading: Industrial production increased 0.9% in working day and seasonally adjusted year-on-year terms in September, following a 1.6% decline in the previous month.
Relative to the prior month’s figures, the reading for mining and quarrying improved in September (+4.8% in annual terms vs -0.6% in August). In contrast, the reading for manufacturing worsened in September (-0.4% vs +2.3% in August).
On a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis, industrial production declined 1.0% in September, following a 1.4% rise in the prior month.
