Denmark: Business sentiment in the industrial sector strengthens in November
Business confidence among firms in the industrial sector increased to minus 6 in November from minus 12 points in October, according to a survey conducted by Denmark’s Statistical Institute. November’s improvement was driven by firms’ significantly less pessimistic views towards their order books, which more than offset firms’ less positive views regarding finished goods storage.
Turning to other sectors, sentiment among the services sector ticked down on the back of lower sales. Meanwhile, sentiment among firms in the retail sector improved slightly in November.
