Ghana: Inflation ticks down in June

Consumer prices increased 0.9% in June compared to the previous month, up from May’s 0.7% reading. A breakdown of the month-on-month figure had yet to be released at the time of writing.
Inflation fell from 12.6% in May to 12.1% in June, marking the lowest rate since December 2013 and moving closer to the Central Bank’s 6.0%-10.0% target band. Annual average inflation dipped from 15.0% in May to 14.5% in June.
